kim3.jpgkim2.jpgkim1.jpgWorld weather is behaving unpredictably, and our Gibb River Gorges tour this year experienced some unseasonal rain. This closed some tracks to our group, but otherwise revealed the Kimberley at its majestic peak.

This part of Australia is isolated, wild and captivating, at any time. There really is no better to way to travel the Kimberley. Broome to Broome via Derby, the King Leopold Ranges, Purnululu and Geike Gorge.

Mercantour National ParkWhat a journey it has been! We had a nice group, wonderful walks, great food, too much wine and wonderful weather.

It truly is a stunning part of the world and I cannot wait to show you all the photos.

Here you see our group in Mercantour National Park, at about 2200m above sea level.
